- 1:00pm - Safety briefing - MANDATORY
- Bring posters to this meeting
- Teams can start to set up their hardware after the safety briefing, but not before
- Conference Engagement Option: 3:10pm - 4:00pm (Intel Session (requires registration)) Using Roofline Analysis
- Conference Engagement Option: 4:15pm - 5:05pm (Intel Session(requires registration)) Scaling Deep Learning (Allinea)
- Be sure to leave 10 minutes early for orientation

- 9:00am - Committee meets with teams
- Teams continue to set up their hardware
- Conference Engagement Option: 8:30am - 12:00pm (Tutorial) Power-Aware High Performance Computing: Challenges and Opportunities for Application and System Developers
- 12:30pm - 1:15pm Team photos (all team members and advisor must be present) - MANDATORY
- 2:00pm - Group photo - MANDATORY; invite vendor partners/advisors
- 4:00pm - 6:00pm - Student Cluster Competition 10 year Celebration @ Hilton Grand Ballroom - MANDATORY
- Monday
- 9:00am - Committee meets with teams
- 9:30am - Benchmarking begins - runs finish at 5:30pm
- These runs are used to determine the "Highest Linpack" Award and scoring for HPCG/Linpack in the overall scoring.
- Conference Engagement Option: 2:00pm - 3:00pm (Workshop) HPC Systems Professional Workshop, Panel: Recruiting and Professional Development of HPC Systems Professionals
- 3:30pm - 5:00pm Mentor-Protege - if you RSVP’d
- 5:30pm - Benchmarking finishes
- 6:00pm - Booth cleanup for opening of Exhibit floor
- 7:00pm - Exhibit floor opens
- Must have two students in the booth at all times during exhibit hours.
- 7:30pm - Student Cluster Competition Opening Ceremony
- Mystery app revealed
- The competition will run non-stop until Wednesday at 5:00pm.
- 9:00pm - Exhibit floor closes

- 5:15pm - 7:00pm TOP500 BoF - Linpack Awards - MANDATORY

- 9:00am - Committee meets with teams
- 10:00am - Exhibit floor opens
- Must have two students in the booth at all times during exhibit hours.
- 10:00am - 3:00pm Student Job Fair - Wear something nice and bring your resume
- Conference Engagement Option: 10:30am - 11:00am (Best Student Paper Finalist) Understanding Performance Interference in Next-Generation HPC Systems
- 11:00am - 12:30pm Interview Judging - Teams 1-7 - ENTIRE TEAM MUST BE IN BOOTH
- 1:30pm - 3:00pm Interview Judging - Teams 8 -14 - ENTIRE TEAM MUST BE IN BOOTH
- 5:00pm - Competition ends
- 6:00pm - Dinner with interesting people - If you RSVP’d

- 9:00am - Committee meets with teams
- 10:00am - Exhibit floor opens

- 10:00am - Advisor feedback on reproducibility meeting.
- 10:00am - 10:30am Student break food outside of 255 and 355
- 12:45pm - Awards Ceremony - MANDATORY
- 2:00pm - Competition post-mortem discussion - MANDATORY
- 3:00pm - Cluster tear down/Exhibits Floor Closes - MANDATORY
- 3:00pm - 3:30pm Student break food outside of 255 and 355
